Notice to ALL users: Changes are coming to how DUO works. Starting Wednesday 7/16/2025 at 12 A.M. Central, DUO MFA will no longer be Duo Push prompt asking for approval only. It will be Duo Push requiring you to confirm a 3 digit code. If you use SMS passcode (7 digit code) sent to phone that will still be an available option.
Before connecting, please be sure you have a supported version of the Citrix Workspace App installed.
For Windows, we are aligned to the Long-Term Service Release (LTSR) version 2402. You may download it from Citrix here.
For MacOS, please use the latest version available from Citrix found here.
